What is OneYearBible.net? This website was created to encourage and inspire people to read God's powerful word with diligence and passion. Although the name implies the primary goal of reading the bible in a year, the site is set up with a more realistic understanding of reading frequency and the hectic schedule of our demanding lives. It is the intent of this site to help you develop regular reading habits and to both track your progress and encourage you to improve.  Once registered, you will be started on day one.  Each day, you will be presented with a passage from the Old Testament, the New Testament, Psalms, and Proverbs.  Take all of the time you want to finish the passage, but once you are done, the site will remember your spot and will be ready to present you with the next reading, whether you return in one or five days.  Other featues of the site include a three-month calendar to visually appreciate which days you have read and which you have skipped, statistics on your average number of readings per week, and soon, custom notes and discussions about various passages.
